South Haven Luxury Loft is located near the beaches of Lake Michigan. Originally built as the Casavant Organ Factory at the turn of the century, the newly remodeled space offeres 14 foot antique tin ceilings, exposed brick and timbers and original hardwood maple floors.

Modern amenities like in-unit laundry, central air and heat, large Jen-Air® range, stainless steel appliances, Corian counter tops, and gas fireplace make the loft feel homey and complete.

This corner unit houses huge 10 foot windows and a flood of natural light illuminating unusual open spaces. Enjoy a climb up a library ladder to a private space with two twin beds overlooking the great room.
